Common questions
- What counts as a minute?
- The recorded length of the audio you upload, rounded up to the started minute. Minutes renew with your billing period; top-up minutes carry over until used.
- What are the accuracy modes?
- Regular runs a single engine; Advanced runs a two-engine ensemble whose disagreements become review flags; Extreme runs every engine we have and puts the disagreements to a vote. You choose per upload.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled from the billing page — you keep access through the period you paid for.
- Who certifies the transcript?
- A human always signs; software never certifies. There are three approaches to verification. Self-authenticated: you lodge the transcript together with the audio or video file it was made from, available on every plan. Verified: a trained legal transcriptionist reviews and signs. Certified: a licensed court reporter reviews and signs. The last two are the human services above.
